BOOT CAMP

We've combined the benefits of multiple group fitness disciplines into a single, high-energy workout experience that sculpts, builds, and conditions to achieve your best physical and mental self. These classes are designed for all fitness levels to help individuals jump-start their fitness journey. We ensure results with a goal-focused approach and effective workouts that leave you wanting more. Whether you want to lose weight or pack on lean muscle our classes offer a split body approach that attacks specific muscle groups class after class by combining resistance and cardio. 

 This workout is designed to give you the best possible workout in 50 min. Our workouts allow us to bring your heart rate up and down in-between stations helping you burn the optimal number of calories and creating muscle confusion, which means your body is working at the highest level. You can burn up to 1000 calories in just one class. In addition to the physical benefits, you will also gain greater confidence, improved mood, reduced stress, increased satisfaction with yourself, and a sense of community.

CARDIO STRENGTH

This faith-based workout burns calories through cardiovascular exercise and resistance training, builds core and overall physical strength and endurance, improves flexibility and balance, and increases your energy level. Exercise routines are choreographed to contemporary Christian music, filled with uplifting, positive messages.

DANCE BLAST

This faith-based workout utilizes dance moves to help burn calories, increase heart rate, develop core strength, and cardio fitness. Exercise routines are choreographed to contemporary Christian music, filled with uplifting, positive messages.
